This is my favorite English rose, as it is almost always in bloom, makes a vigorous shrubby plant, and has such gorgeous big blooms. They are intoxicatingly fragrant, cupped, and a delicious blend of light to deeper apricot, with a touch of yellow at the base of the petals. It can get some black spot but is not hindered much by it in my garden. It has large orange hips in fall. My plant is about 5 1/2' tall and 4' wide. Bred by David Austin in 1985, rated as hardy from zone 4. The commercial name of this rose can be looked up at www.helpmefind.com/roses.
