Marchesa Boccella
Also known as Jacques Cartier, this hybrid perpetual is a large growing shrub about 6x5'.  The soft pink blooms have a sweet powderpuff fragrance and are quartered, often with a button eye.  There is good repeat bloom.  The thorns are short and bristly, and the leaves are a greyish green.  It looks best and does best if deadheaded.  Bred by Desprez in France in 1842, hardy from zone 5.
