This hybrid musk is wonderful for rebloom and health.  It is a vigorous plant...mine put on a lot of growth in the first year.  It wants to send out long horizontal canes.   I have seen it described as a climber but I grow mine as a shrub.  The  blooms are on the small side of medium, and are a creamy color like moonlight.  They contrast beautifully with larger flowered roses in bouquets or in the garden.  It was bred by Pemberton in 1913. It received a gold medal in 1913.  Hardy from zone 4.
