Westerland
This plant has great rebloom and is said to be disease free in some areas but not others.   I have seen it very well trained on an arbor, absolutely covered in blooms.  It  is so stout and sturdy that it can do well as a tall vase shaped shrub.  It is very thorny.  The large blooms are a blend of beautiful shades of orange and can vary in intensity and shadings.  Infrequently they are yellow with orange shadings.  There is a light fragrance.  Bred by Kordes in 1969, hardy from zone 5.
